Sevastopol authorities accepted the «Strategic plan on investment attraction» and worked out the «Strategy of Sevastopol development for 2010-2020», showing at the same time the interest in cooperation between public and private sectors, improvement of welfare of citizen and development of competitive economy. For the purpose of simplification of administrative procedures dealing with allowing documents, it was opened an uniform allowing Centre in Sevastopol.
There is also the Department of investments and foreign trade in the local administrative structure. It"s main task consists in attraction of capital investments and organized work of financing the investment projects.
For the maximum passage of investment projects there is a special Center of investments in Sevastopol.
Foreign investors can also receive a professional support from the specialized Agency which works in the sphere of regional development and investment attraction.
